LOVE IT!

I've only had this journal for about a week and I can't say enough great things about it. It is the perfect addition to my nightstand! It's user friendly and the perfect guide to restructuring your thoughts that might seem to be spiraling. I've recommended to so many people and hope it helps them as much as it helps me daily.

2024 has made us all feel a little less "sturdy". I know I'm not alone in saying my energy has been drained in one way shape or form. A high functioning person anxiety often times drives me to perform achieve or constantly do more. However you can only run on fumes for so long. New to journaling inspired by both my sister and closest fried the Facing Fears journal is refreshing - it reframes my thoughts and allows me to look past all the noise - I am more aware of the evil tricks my own brain can play and can check in whenever where ever (literally the discrete look will never leave you feeling self-conscious carrying it around or leaving it out!). We could all use a little stability these days and this journal does just that! Thank you Sixteen Degrees!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well made this journal is. It has a hard leather cover and and the pages are thicker and feel really nice writing on. I am really excited to continue to use this.
