Processing Time & Dispatch
We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch all orders safely and securely within two business days using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch rather than the date of your order.
Please note that we only ship on business days (Monday to Friday), so orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. The following shipping estimates are based on average shipping times across these services and are not guaranteed.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you.
If you're purchasing a product on 'pre-order', the estimated dispatch date will be displayed in the product description. Orders with multiple products will be held until the 'pre-order' product is ready to ship.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the cart and head to the checkout.
The checkout screen will show both delivery charges and estimated shipping times. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or large, bulky items.
Import Duty & Taxes
International orders (excluding the USA, UK, Canada and Australia) may be applicable for duties, fees and import taxes. These costs are all determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government agency to ensure you receive your order. FacingFears does not collect these fees, which may be charged before, on, or after delivery. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase. Please note that FacingFears is not responsible for the loss of any orders sent to an incorrect address.
